How we handle your information

This notice explains what the Jos Mental Health Conference (JMHC) collects through this website and how it is used.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms: for example your name, email, phone number, organisation and message. We do not ask for health information, and please do not send any through the website.

How we use it

To reply to you, to register your interest, to process pledges and partnership enquiries, and, if you subscribe, to send conference updates. We do not sell or share your details with sponsors or anyone else.

Where it is kept

Form messages are delivered by email to the JMHC secretariat through a form service (Web3Forms). Visitor statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time, or ask us to correct or delete your details, by emailing info@josmhconference.com. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
